A particle delivery channel for particle delivery is further arranged in the device body and provided with a particle output end for outputting particles towards the focusing channel section, the converging channel section comprises at least two branches located on two sides of the particle output end and mutually separated for delivering a sheath fluid towards the rectification channel section, each of at least two branches comprises a converging section gradually close to the particle delivery channel in the sheath fluid flowing direction.
