The pulse generation and pulse width measurement board comprises a power supply unit, a PCI interface unit, a pulse generation unit, a pulse width measurement unit and a level conversion unit, wherein the power supply unit is mainly composed of a linear power supply module and a peripheral circuit of the linear power supply module and is used for supplying electric energy to other circuit units; the PCI interface unit is used for realizing communication with the PCI bus; the pulse generation unit is used for generating a pulse signal; the pulse width measurement unit is used for testing pulse width; the level conversion unit is used for realizing level match with an external load.
