The device comprises a 2D display panel and a curved microlens array arranged on the 2D display panel; the 2D display panel is provided with a plurality of first pixel regions, a plurality of second pixel regions and a plurality of third pixel regions; the curved lens array is provided with a plurality of first lens elements corresponding to the plurality of first pixel regions, a plurality of second lens elements corresponding to the plurality of second pixel regions and a plurality of third lens elements corresponding to the plurality of third pixel regions; the curved lens array is arranged symmetrically towards two sides with an intermediate lens element adopted as a center; and the focal lengths of first, second and third lens elements at each side are different. According to the integrated imaging three-dimensional display device of the invention, the three kinds of lens elements with different focal lengths are adopted as repeated units so as to form the curved microlens array; and the focal lengths of the corresponding lens elements are described in the descriptions of the invention.
