Since a digital variable-frequency controller integrates flow detection and flow control, from the aspect of DCS (distributed control system), flow regulation can be realized through 4-20mA current signals; from the aspect of the digital variable-frequency controller, the 4-20mA current signals of the DCS can be tracked to automatically regulate flow to a corresponding value. On the basis of the principle, the invention provides an application method of the digital variable-frequency controller in DCS, particularly provides flow rate and cumulant calculation principles and corresponding equations and further discloses two specific methods for DCS workstations to acquire 4-20mA analog signals.
