The invention provides a split-pole capacitance phase-shifted pole-changing variable-speed asynchronous motor which comprises a stator component and a rotor component. In the stator component, eight winding coils are respectively connected in a working winding circuit or a starting winding circuit, the starting winding circuit is connected with a capacitor in series, a capacitance phase shifting starting way is adopted, and the two ends of the working winding circuit and the two ends of the starting winding circuit are connected in parallel and are connected with an alternating current power supply. Four main pole bodies and four secondary pole bodies are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction at the inner side of the radial direction of a stator iron core of the stator component. By changing a connection type of the eight winding coils in the working winding circuit or the starting winding circuit, pole changing and speed changing are realized, and the demand of a blower-pump load on a low-cost small-type motor energy saving technology is met.
