A loading device simulating high power blower fan five-degree of freedom loads is provided; a loading disc is rotatably sleeved by a main shaft; a left end axial loading cylinder set is applied to the left side face of the loading disc, a right end axial loading cylinder set is applied to the right side face, and a radial loading cylinder set is applied to the outer peripheral surface; the left end axial loading cylinder set, the right end axial loading cylinder set and the radial loading cylinder set are formed by hydraulic cylinder arrays arranged on a plurality of point positions located on the left side face and the right side face of the loading disc and arranged at intervals on the outer peripheral surface in the peripheral direction; the hydraulic cylinder array on each point position comprises a loading cylinder controlled by an electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve and N-1 loading cylinder controlled by normal switch reversing valves; a computer control system can control the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve aperture and the loading access number of the N-1 normal switch reversing valves, thus obtaining a random loading force in a formula scope on each point position.
