The system realizes the integration of the heat pump system and the backwashing system, reduces the overall size of the heat pump system and the backwashing system, and saves space, the circulating water system and the backwashing system are connected with each other by adopting an electromagnetic valve, the on-off of the backwashing system is controlled by acquiring circulating water side information, automated control is realized, and manpower and material resources are saved. Supercritical CO2 is a good heat exchange medium, and can transfer heat to water in a condenser, and the heat transfer property of the supercritical CO2 is sufficiently utilized.
