Meanwhile, antineoplastic activity and antioxidant activity of the amentotaxus biflavone-cobalt coordination compound are researched. By an MTT method, the amentotaxus biflavone-cobalt coordination compound is shown to have better antineoplastic activity, and the antineoplastic activity is stronger than that of amentotaxus flavone; by a pyrogallol auto-oxidation method, an ABTS method and an FRAP method, the antioxidant activity of the amentotaxus biflavone-cobalt coordination compound is shown to be stronger than that of the amentotaxus biflavone.
