The rack dynamic balance measurement and adjustment method comprises the following steps: carrying out rotating rotor measurement scanning on a scanning die body; obtaining scanning data of the measurement scanning; calculating dynamic unbalance amount according to the scanning data; judging whether the rack dynamic balance state meets requirements according to the dynamic unbalance amount; and if the rack dynamic balance state does not meet the requirements, adjusting the rack dynamic balance state according to the dynamic unbalance amount. By carrying out measurement scanning through the CT device, the dynamic balance state of the rack rotor is reached; and compared with the prior art, the method needs no manual inspection or additional auxiliary equipment, is more convenient and reduces cost.
