The early-stage crushing device for palm fibers has the following beneficial effects: the technical difficulty that crushed palm fibers do not meet the requirement for production is overcome; a palm rope entering the rotary sleeve pipe is tightly clamped through the tightening ring; through cutting cards, a large segment of the palm rope can be scattered; due to the fact that the fixation needle-type crushing plate matches with the rotary needle-type crushing plate, fibers of the palm rope are discomposed at high speed between the fixation needle-type crushing plate and the rotary needle-type crushing plate; through paddles, completely-crushed fibers can be blown out of a discharge port by wind force created by the paddles; and working efficiency of a palm rope unwinding machine is significantly increased.
