Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for detecting the compactness of asphalt pavement. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an echo signal transmitted by a radar, wherein the echo signal is reflected waves received during the detection of the measurement points of the asphalt pavement by the radar; analyzing the echo signal to obtain the corresponding dielectric constant of every measurement point; acquiring the corresponding compactness index of every measurement point according to the dielectric constants; and acquiring the corresponding compactness of every measurement point according to the compactness indexes, and using the corresponding compactness of every measurement point as the compaction data of the asphalt pavement. The compactness index is introduced to simplify the quantitative relationship between the dielectric constant and the compactness. Compared with the prior art, the method allows workers to directly acquire the compactness data, overcomes the disadvantage of previous radar images mainly depending on accumulated experiences, and realizes the change from empirical judgment to the quantitative identification of the internal defects of the pavement structure.
