The method comprises the following steps: S1, loading an optical disc storage medium, and reading content of a boot sector of a CDFS file system; S2, parsing the total number of sectors, the number of bytes in the sectors, all file information of partitioning, the start address of directory table entries, and root directory entry information according to the content read in S1; S3, traversing all root directory entries, and reading all directory information of a root directory; and S4, parsing the file storage address, file creation time, file content length and file type information according to the file directory entry information read in S3. The beneficial effects are as follow: through the method, the file storage logic can be parsed quickly according to the structure of the CDFS file system; and a file can be read quickly by only reading the address for recording the content of the file.
