Abstract

The invention discloses a method for assessing the maintainability of a wall-mounted air conditioning system. The method comprises the steps of analyzing a working principle of the air conditioning system, and building a maintenance physical model of the system; analyzing an influence mode of a switch unit to the air conditioning system, and determining all states in which the air conditioning system is possibly located; determining a transfer probability of transferring the air conditioning system to be in any of other states from one state in different influence modes of the switch unit; building a maintainability mathematic model of the air conditioning system; and establishing an assessment program. According to the method, a function relationship among parts or components of the wall-mounted air conditioning system, units and system maintainability indexes is established, so that the operation of carrying out prediction and allocation of maintainability in a design and development process of the air conditioning system becomes possible; and the method also can be used for predicting the maintainability of the air conditioning system after installation and use, so that a decision-making basis is provided for making a scientific after-sales maintenance policy.
