Embodiment 1

[0038] Embodiment 1, a kind of fecal flora transplantation method, carries out following steps successively:

[0039] 1) Feces collection and screening conditions: Collect fresh feces from Jinhua pigs, a local pig breed in my country, for use. The screening conditions for donor pigs are:

[0040] (1) Diarrhea has not occurred and antibiotics (any antibiotics) have not been used within 2-3 months until the date of collection.

[0041] (2) Collect Nikkei feces to detect the pathogens of swine fever, porcine circovirus type 2 infection, blue ear disease, pseudorabies, swine erysipelas, swine mycoplasma pneumonia, foot-and-mouth disease and other diseases.

[0042] 2), preparation of feces suspension

[0043] (1) first mix sterile physiological saline with glycerin to obtain a glycerin-water mixture; the volume concentration of glycerol in the glycerin-water mixture is 8%;

[0044] Take the fresh feces obtained in step 1), add glycerol water mixture with 1g:10ml and stir evenly ...

Embodiment 2

[0050] Embodiment 2, a kind of fecal flora transplantation method, carries out following steps successively:

[0051] 1) Feces collection and screening conditions: collect fresh feces from Guangxi Xiang pigs, a local pig breed in my country, for future use, and the screening conditions for donor pigs are:

[0052] (1) Diarrhea has not occurred and antibiotics (any antibiotics) have not been used within 2-3 months until the date of collection.

[0053] (2) Collect Nikkei feces to detect the pathogens of swine fever, porcine circovirus type 2 infection, blue ear disease, pseudorabies, swine erysipelas, swine mycoplasma pneumonia, foot-and-mouth disease and other diseases.

[0054] 2), preparation of feces suspension

[0055] (1) firstly mix sterile physiological saline with glycerin to obtain a glycerin-water mixture; the volume concentration of glycerol in the glycerin-water mixture is 10%;

[0056] Get the fresh feces of step 1) gained, add glycerin water mixed liquid with 1...

Embodiment 3

[0062] Embodiment 3, a kind of fecal flora transplantation method, carries out following steps successively:

[0063] 1) Feces collection and screening conditions: collect fresh feces from Tibetan pigs, a local pig breed in my country, for future use, and the screening conditions for donor pigs are:

[0064] (1) Diarrhea has not occurred and antibiotics (any antibiotics) have not been used within 2-3 months until the date of collection.

[0065] (2) Collect Nikkei feces to detect the pathogens of swine fever, porcine circovirus type 2 infection, blue ear disease, pseudorabies, swine erysipelas, swine mycoplasma pneumonia, foot-and-mouth disease and other diseases.

[0066] 2), preparation of feces suspension

[0067] (1) first mix sterile physiological saline and glycerin to obtain a glycerin-water mixture; the volume concentration of glycerin in the glycerol-water mixture is 15%;

Abstract

The invention discloses an excrement flora transplantation method. The excrement flora transplantation method comprises the following steps that 1, excrement collection and screening conditions are set, wherein pigs from which excrement is collected need to meet the following two conditions: (a) no diarrhea occurs and no antibiotic is used within 2-3 months up to the collection date; (b) pathogeny of swine fever and other diseases does not exist through excrement detection on the collection date; 2, an excrement flora suspension is prepared, wherein fresh collected excrement is added into glycerin and water mixing liquid, suspension liquid is formed after even stirring, standing is performed, supernatant is taken, and the excrement flora suspension is obtained; 3, excrement flora transplantation is performed, wherein the newly prepared excrement flora suspension or an unfrozen cryopreserved excrement flora suspension conducts excrement flora transplantation on ternary or binary hybridized receptor piglets. The excrement flora transplantation method can be used for piglet breeding, the intestinal tract morphology of the piglets is improved, diarrhea is decreased, weaning stress is relieved, and accordingly the growth ability of piglets is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fecal flora transplantation technique and its application in piglet breeding. Background technique [0002] The digestive system and immune system of piglets are not fully developed, and diarrhea is easily caused by nutritional factors, environmental stress, infection of bacteria and viruses, etc. Piglet diarrhea is common in both free-range farmers and large-scale and intensive pig farms. Diarrhea can lead to slow growth, weakened physique, and even death of piglets, causing serious economic losses to pig farms. [0003] The current treatment for piglet diarrhea is mainly the use of antibiotics, but long-term use of antibiotics is prone to drug resistance, resulting in prolonged disease duration, increased treatment costs, and other complications. [0004] There are a large number of microorganisms inhabiting the gastrointestinal tract of animals, the number of which is as high as 10 trillion and more than 1000 kinds. In ...
