Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical treatment, and particularly relates to a purpose of KDM1A. Research results of the invention indicate that the KDM1A can affect differentiation of SCAPs (stem cells from the apical papilla) into ossification and odontoblast by regulating expression of ossification and odontoblast genes, so as to affect the mineralization capability of the SCAPs in vivo and in vitro. The purpose of the KDM1A provides technological support for preparation of bone tissue or tooth tissue regeneration medicines containing the KDM1A gene.
