A discharging sliding plate is mounted at the bottom of the discharging opening. The feeding rotary disc is located on the workbench. Notches are formed in the periphery of the feeding rotary disc, wherein the torsion nuts are stored in the notches. An arc-shaped baffle is arranged at the right side of the feeding rotary disc and mounted on the workbench. The ratchet wheel is mounted on the first rotating shaft.
