Abstract

The invention provides a liquid-phase low-temperature plasma generator. The generator comprises an insulating housing, a cathode bar, an anode ring and a clapboard, wherein a medium outlet is formed in one end of the insulating housing, and medium inlets are formed in the other end of the insulating housing; the cathode bar, the anode ring and the clapboard are arranged in the insulating housing; one end of the anode ring is fixed at the end, in which medium inlets are formed, of the insulating housing; a plurality of water passing holes are formed in the clapboard and the cathode bar is sleeved with the clapboard; the anode ring is arranged at the end, in which the medium outlet are formed, of the insulating housing; the cathode bar and the anode ring are coaxial. When the generator provided by the invention is in use, mediums enter the generator from two medium inlets, pass through a third-stage clapboard with holes at a high speed to have a cavitation effect so as to generate a large amount of micro-bubbles, and then flows to a discharge area; the electrodes have high-voltage discharge under the action of a pulsed high voltage to generate plasma which is used for degrading organic pollutants and killing microorganisms and has a very good effect.
