Abstract

The RtSE is an organic solvent extract of Rhus Typhina fruit. Preparation of the RtSE comprises the following steps: (1) the Rhus Typhina fruit is dried until the water content is lower than 10% by weight; (2) the dried Rhus Typhina fruit is mixed with an extracting solution, a mixture is obtained, wherein the extracting solution is ethanol water with the volume content being 10%-50%, and 5-15 L of the extracting solution is used relative to 1 kg of the dried Rhus Typhina fruit; (3) the mixture is subjected to heating reflux in a slight boiling state for 1-4 h, cooled to room temperature and filtered, a filtrate is centrifuged, and a clear liquid is obtained; (4) the obtained clear liquid is concentrated under reduced pressure in the volume ratio being (8-12):1, a product is filtered by a 0.22 mu m filter membrane, a filtrate is sterilized, and the RtSE is obtained.
