The fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink composition disclosed by the invention is used for counterfeiting prevention of a copper clad laminate; a printed anti-counterfeiting label on an enhanced material is colorless and invisible and has a good anti-counterfeiting effect and good thermal stability; the resin for preparing the copper clad laminate still can emit bright green fluorescent light under an ultraviolet lamp after the resin is infiltrated by the enhanced material and is hotly pressed with a copper foil to prepare the copper clad laminate; the bright green fluorescent light can be used as evidence for recognizing certified products and safeguarding the rights by manufacturers, so that the capability of avoiding counterfeit product disputes of the manufacturers is improved and rights safeguarding loss of the manufacturers is reduced; a self-made fluorescent material is adopted so that the difficulty of counterfeiting fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink is improved.
