According to the method and the system, form data is imported to a data table of a server; an interactive table which is in a web form and is presented to a filler is designed; an interactive control is inserted in a cell needed to be filled; the control is selected to be associated with a corresponding column of the data table; and a data input format of the interactive control is set, especially, an identity verification control and a column corresponding to the identity verification control are set. When the filler accesses the interactive table through a browser, the system requires the filler to input identity verification information firstly, performs row-by-row comparison on the identity verification information and the column corresponding to the identity verification control, and sends row data after comparison to the filler for performing maintenance. It is also noted that addition and modification information is input in the interactive control of the aforementioned interactive table, and the control performs format check on filling data. Each filler obtains respective data to perform maintenance, so that networked and convenient data interaction is realized.
