[0025] The present disclosure generally relates to methods and devices for identifying treatment sites. In particular, the present disclosure relates to measuring electrical activity at multiple locations on an interior wall of a patient, and identifying at least one treatment site from the measurements. The methods disclosed herein can then apply one or more pacing stimuli to a single electrode (or electrode pair) at one location while measuring / sensing the resulting electrical activity at another location, eg, using the remaining electrodes. Measured electrical activity and / or results of applying a pacing stimulus to an electrode can identify at least one treatment site.
