Abstract

The invention provides a power system, a transportation apparatus and a power transmission method. The power system is provided with a generator driven by the driving force of an internal-combustion engine, and can perform appropriately the charge or discharge for two accumulating electricity devices from which the characteristic differ each other. A control device (8) of the power system (1) has a function of power generation control processing and power supply control processing; in the power generation control processing, the control device controls an electric power transmission circuit unit (7), so that the a second storage device (6) can be charged at least by power generated by a generator (4); in the power supply control processing, charging rate of the second storage device (6) is reduced to a regulated threshold value and the power transmission circuit unit (7) can be controlled, so that only a first storage device (5) works as an actuator (3) to supply power in the regulated time.
