Problems solved by technology

[0008] Other attempts made in the prior art to solve the above problems generally propose the use of threaded rods to which the work machine can be fastened, however wherein the threaded rods are poured into the foundation, so that they are fixedly connected to the foundation, and when removed Do not separate from the foundation when working on machinery
In this respect, although inadvertent loosening when preloading the anchoring foot is almost ruled out, it is nevertheless very high in terms of the cost of lost parts

Embodiment Construction

[0047] In the following, different embodiments of the device for anchoring a work machine in a foundation according to the invention will be described. Anchoring in concrete foundations in situ should introduce the occurring compressive and tensile forces into the foundation.

[0048] figure 1 A side view of a first embodiment of the anchoring device according to the invention is shown. The mounting plate 1 can be seen, which is connected to the mating plate 2 via the hollow tube 3 . The tensile element 4 is introduced into the hollow tube 3 through matching openings of the hollow tube 3 . Furthermore, the tensile element 4 extends through an opening in the counter plate 2 which is likewise arranged in the region of the hollow tube 3 . The tensile element 4 has a thread in the part of the side of the mating plate 2 facing away from the mounting plate 1 , which is operatively connected with the nut 9 or its internal thread. The nut 9 (anchor element) serves to prevent the m...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for anchoring a working machine to a foundation, which device comprises a receiving plate (1) for placing on a foundation (6), a counter-plate (2) for casting into the foundation (6), a hollow tube (3) which connects the receiving plate (1) to the counter-plate (2) and which is accessible to its inner side from that side of the receiving plate (1) facing away from the counter-plate (2), and a tension element (4) for inserting into the hollow tube (3), wherein the tension element (4) can be releasably anchored to the counter-plate (2) by a rotary movement. The device is characterized in that an anti-rotation element (5) is present which is connected to an outer contour of the tension element (4) and arranges the latter in a rotationally locked manner. This device prevents unintended release of the tension element (4) from an anchoring means connected to the counter-plate (2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for anchoring a work machine to a foundation, a method for anchoring a work machine to a foundation, and a method for removing an anchor of a work machine from a foundation. Background technique [0002] The stability of the working machine in normal operation generally depends on the magnitude of the acting forces, for example compressive, tensile or torsional forces, and the anchoring of the working machine on the ground side. An ideal conduction of the occurring forces into the location of the work machine increases the stability and thus the possible loads of the machine. [0003] For example, anchoring the crane in the concrete foundation on site must introduce forces from the crane into the foundation. Typically, the introduction of pressure takes place via corresponding pressure contact regions. The applied tensile forces must likewise be introduced into the foundation via these contact regions, however in the...
