Abstract

An adjustment circuit is added between each internal driving circuit and a corresponding IGBT, wherein the adjustment circuit can detect power supply voltage value change in a low-voltage region of the intelligent power module in real time; when the voltage value is over low caused by fluctuation of a low-voltage power supply, module outputting is stopped; therefore, the accumulated charges of the IGBT in the module can be discharged when charge accumulation of the IGBT in the module is caused by energy storage of a driving moor; and when the power supply voltage is recovered to the normal operation, the charges can be fully discharged continuously, so as to avoid charge impact to the internal circuit of the module and to avoid influence to the working reliability.
