The pulverized coal drying furnace comprises a drying furnace and a dry gas treatment apparatus; the drying furnace comprises a drying box and a vortex separator; the upper end of the drying box is provided with a raw material coal cabin, the lower end is provided with a discharging pipe, and the side surface is connected with the vortex separator; the dry gas treatment apparatus comprises a water ring vacuum pump, a gas-liquid separator, a settling pond, a water supply pump and a cooler; and an air outlet of the vortex separator is connected with an inlet of the water ring vacuum pump, an outlet of the water ring vacuum pump is connected with an inlet of the gas-liquid separator, a liquid outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with the settling pond, and the settling pond is connected with the water ring vacuum pump by virtue of the water supply pump and the cooler.
