Abstract

The invention discloses a device state real-time monitoring method and system based on WebSocket. The method comprises steps of A) achieving a Web capacitor function through the Express and providingan independent monitoring page for each production system; B) reading numbers from a database in real time through the node-mysql, and inserting data into the same database in real time through a dataacquisition system of a client; C) after getting data of the database, pushing device state data to a browser end through a Socket.io library of a service end; and D) after taking the data through the Socket.io library of the client, according to a file updating algorithm based on jQuery, updating contents of the page in real time, and displaying device monitoring states to final users. Accordingto the invention, based on mature open-source frameworks, a set of monitoring system based on WebSocket transmission data can be finished in a quite short time; the development period is quite short;requirements on the server are not too high; speed is very fast; and pressure to the server and the browser is quite small.
