A sealing hole is formed in the upper end of the hot box. A heating unit is arranged in the hot box, and the clamping unit is arranged on the upper portion of the hot box. The clamping unit comprises a top support, a rotary shaft and a clamping jaw. The upper end of the rotary shaft is fixed to the top support and is driven by a driving unit to rotate. The lower portion of the rotary shaft stretches into the sealing hole and enters the hot box. The lower end of the rotary shaft is connected with the clamping jaw. Both the high-pressure steam pipe and the oxygen tank stretch into the hot box through pipelines correspondingly.
