Abstract

The invention provides a method and system for controlling a six-way valve of an ultra performance liquid chromatograph, and relates to the technical field of ultra performance liquid chromatographs.The method for controlling the six-way valve of the ultra performance liquid chromatograph comprises that a central processing circuit determines a corresponding encoder code value according to a target position to which the six-way valve is rotated; a command for starting the six-way valve to rotate is sent to an FPGA processing circuit; the FPGA processing circuit outputs a PWM wave in order tocontrol a motor drive circuit to drive a stepping motor, and therefore a four-way optoelectronic switch generates a state change; the state value of the four-way optoelectronic switch which generatesthe state change is detected, and the state value is compared with the encoder code value; when the state value is equal to the encoder code value, it is determined that the six-way valve is rotated to the target position, and the flag bit of six-way valve rotation completion is set as a true value; when the central processing circuit reads that the flag bit of six-way valve rotation completion isthe true value, and a six-way valve rotation stop command is sent to the FPGA processing circuit to stop rotation of the six-way valve. According to the invention, the fluid path switching accuracy and safety can be improved.
