Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a hollow micro-capsule by nutgall extracts and an application of the nutgall extracts. The method is characterized in that water is added into nutgalls,and the nutgalls are decocted, decompressed and concentrated to obtain the nutgall extracts. Na2CO3 is added into equivalent CaCl2 solution containing high-molecular compounds such as PSS (sodium polystyrene sulfonate) or PEI (polyetherimide) and PS (polystyrene), and the solution is subjected to suction filtration and dried to obtain a PSS doped CaCO3 template. CaCO3 template solution is added into the nutgall extracts and iron ions and self-assembled to obtain the hollow micro-capsule. The nutgall extracts are prepared into the hollow micro-capsule, and the application of the nutgall extracts is widened. Besides, the surface of the hollow micro-capsule contains a large quantity of phenolic hydroxy, and a good foundation is provided for functional modification of carriers by chemical means. The hollow micro-capsule prepared from the nutgall extracts can be enriched at a focus of an inflammatory bowel disease in a targeted manner, bacteria are effectively resisted, inflammation is effectively diminished, and injury caused by the inflammatory bowel disease is resisted.
