Abstract

According to the present invention, polyvinylpyrrolidone is selected as a surfactant, basically does not produce foam at a temperature of more than 40 DEG C, and basically does not produce emulsification and no oil-water layering, such that the good foam inhibition effect is provided; in order to further improve the defoaming characteristic, sorbitan ester is added; anhydrous sodium metasilicate is selected as a detergent, the experiment results show that the cleaning effect is strong and the residual mark is not easily generated during rinsing when the adding amount of the anhydrous sodium metasilicate is 4-6 parts; and rust inhibitors simultaneously select a strong acid ammonium rust inhibitor and an aqueous rust inhibitor, wherein the aqueous rust inhibitor preferably selects long-chain polytricarboxylic acid ester, and the experiment results show that the good anti-rust function can be provided for most of metal mold materials by simultaneously adding the two rust inhibitors, and the good anti-hard-water performance can be provided.
