Abstract

The invention discloses a machining method for cutting an adjustment sheet type ceramic based composite material and belongs to the technical field of cutting machining of a jet nozzle adjustment sheet of an aero-engine. The method comprises the following steps: washing a work piece made from the adjustment sheet type ceramic based composite material and drying in an air blowing way; clamping andfixing by adopting a femtosecond machine tool and positioning by using a distance measuring sensor and a CCD paraxial detection system which are arranged on the femtosecond machine tool; starting a dust collecting device; performing primary cutting machining by using a femtosecond laser machining head part; and performing secondary cutting machining by using a femtosecond laser scanner part to obtain a cut adjustment sheet type ceramic based composite material. By adopting femtosecond laser cutting, the method provided by the invention solves the problems that a traditional machining method islow in efficiency and high in cost, has a difficulty in cutting of a ceramic based composite material and cannot guarantee that the machined surface has no defects.
