Abstract

The wheel obstacle crossing mechanism includes a shell body, a tire, a driving assembly, a connecting rod and a flexible assembly, wherein the driving assembly is connected with the tire in a transmission mode; the connecting rod is rotationally connected with the drivingassembly; one end of the flexible assembly is fixedly connected with the shell body and the other end of the flexible assembly is movably connected with the driving assembly or the connecting rod; orone end of the flexible assembly is fixedly connected with the connecting rod and the other end of the flexible assembly is slidably connected with the driving assembly. When the robot meets an obstacle, the diving assembly drives the tire to rotate; the connecting rod and the shell body move relatively, so that the tire is uplifted. The flexible assembly applies an elastic force to the tire to increase the frictional force between the tire and the ground, so that the whole wheel obstacle crossing mechanism is made to cross the obstacle. By arranging the wheel obstacle crossing mechanism in the floor sweeping robot, the floor sweeping robot is made to be capable of crossing the obstacle very well when the floor sweeping robot goes forward and backward in the movement process.
