Abstract

The present invention provides a display back plate, a preparation method thereof and a display device. The display backboard includes a substrate, a flat layer arranged at a first side of the substrate, a reflection layer arranged on a surface of the flat layer far from the substrate, a pixel defining layer arranged on a surface of the reflection layer far from the substrate and OLED devices. Thesurface of the flat layer far from the substrate is provided with a plurality of spaced protrusions with top walls and first side walls connected to the top wall. The reflection layer which covers the first side walls is inclined toward a light emitting direction and is used for increasing an exit angle of reflected light. The orthographic projection of the pixel defining layer on the substrate overlaps with the orthogonal projection of the top walls on the substrate, multiple pixel areas are defined, and the OLED devices are in the pixel areas. Therefore, the display device with the displayback plate has a larger viewing angle, within a visible range of the display device, the OLED devices emit light with uniform brightness, the problem of a visual angle color difference can be solved well, and the display quality is good.
