The smoke-suppressing PVC sheet is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of PVC resin, 1-5 parts of hollow glass microbeads, 3-7 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.5-3 parts of silane coupling agent, 10-20 parts of smoke-suppressing body agent, 8-45 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.6 part of fatty acid ester and 2-10 parts of MBS. The smoke-suppressing PVC sheet and the production process disclosed by the invention have the beneficial effects that the smoke-suppressing body agent (magnesium hydroxide) and the hollow glass microbeads are compounded to form the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing body agent, by utilization ofthe characteristics of low heat conductivity and reinforcement into a carbon layer of the hollow glass microbeads and synergy of the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing effect, and under the condition of effective smoke suppression, the use amount of the smoke-suppressing body agent can be reduced; the price is low, and the production cost of the smoke-suppressing PVC sheet can be reduced; the smoke-suppressing PVC sheet is energy-saving and environmentally friendly and has good application prospect.
