Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of pesticide production based on a microbial technology and relates to a natural active monomeric compound which is extracted, separated and purified from a fermentation solution of an (Aspergillus sclerotiorum) As-75 strain and is identified to have an effect on inhibiting xanthomonas oryzae. The active monomeric compound has a chemical formula: C8H10O4 and a structural formula as shown in a figure 1, is named (2Z)-2-Butendioic acid, 2-(1-methylethenyl)-, 4-methyl ester and has a Chinese name: Z2-(1-methylvinyl)-4maleic acid monomethyl ester. The active monomeric compound has a stronger effect on inhibiting xanthomonas oryzae so as to be used for preparing a biopesticide having an effect on inhibiting xanthomonas oryzae.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microbial technology pesticide production, and relates to a natural active monomer compound which is extracted, separated, purified and identified from the fermented liquid of Aspergillus sclerotiorum As-75 strain and has inhibitory effect on rice bacterial blight. Background technique [0002] Together with rice blast and sheath blight, rice bacterial blight is called the "three major diseases" of rice. Rice bacterial blight, commonly known as white leaf scar, ground fire, etc., is a worldwide bacterial disease caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). At present, the areas affected by bacterial blight in China are mainly concentrated in rice production areas such as East China and Central China, while it is rare in southwest and northwest regions. The pathogen is transmitted by water and invades rice through small holes or wounds on the leaves, and generally causes the epidemic of the disease in years with ...
