The entirely-prefabricated rail top air flue adopts reinforced concrete to be entirely poured, and comprises outer side suspended beams, inner side suspended beams and a horizontal air flue plate. The outer side suspended beams, the inner side suspended beams and the horizontal air flue plate are provided with composite structures of ribbed beams and webs correspondingly. According to the entirely-prefabricated rail top air flue, connection of the entirely-prefabricated rail top air fluewith bearing components, namely, the waist beams and the connecting beams is achieved through horizontal connection of pre-buried bolt sleeves, reserved holt holes, bolts penetrating through the reserved holt holes, and nuts screwed at the ends of the bolts. Pre-buried connecting steel plates are arranged in the waist beams, the connecting beams, the outer side suspended beams and the inner sidesuspended beams.
