The system comprises a liquefied natural gas tank, a liquefied natural gas cold energy recycling system, a raw argon rectifying tower, a pure nitrogen rectifying tower, a pure oxygen rectifying tower, an air purifying system and a waste nitrogen cold energy recycling system. After the liquefied naturalgas conduct heat exchange with the liquefied natural gas cold energy recycling system, the liquefied natural gas is pressurized and output to be used by a user, a refrigerant circulation loop is formed by the liquefied natural gas cold energy recycling system and the pure nitrogen rectifying tower, and the tower bottom and the tower top of the pure nitrogen rectifying tower communicate with the tower bottom and the tower top of the pure oxygen rectifying tower correspondingly to form feeding loops. An argon purifying and liquid oxygen cooling loop is formed between the raw argon rectifying tower and the pure nitrogen rectifying tower. The air purifying system communicates with the waste nitrogen cold energy recycling system to form a sweeping gas loop.
