Embodiment 1

[0036] Take 5 grams of yak ghee sample in an Erlenmeyer flask, add 15ml of absolute ethanol and 1.96g of potassium hydroxide, and vibrate on a constant temperature oscillator. The saponified solution is poured into a rotary evaporation bottle while it is hot, and after cooling, the rotary evaporation (50° C., vacuum degree 1000 Pa) recovers ethanol. The mixture was extracted twice with 10 mL of n-hexane, and the aqueous layer was taken. After the extracts (n-hexane layer) were mixed, they were washed with 10 mL of water, and the aqueous layers were combined. After the n-hexane layer was washed with water until it became neutral, n-hexane was recovered in a rotary evaporator (40° C., vacuum degree 1000 Pa). The aqueous layer was acidified with hydrochloric acid solution, and extracted twice with n-hexane. Dry over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and filter. Use a rotary evaporator (40°C, vacuum degree 1000Pa) to obtain 4.6 g of free fatty acid, and recover n-hexane. Free fatty ac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for purifying branched fatty acid in yak butter. The method comprises the steps of acquiring free fatty acid from yak butter through steps of saponification, extraction and the like, and finally acquiring enriched yak branched fatty acid through steps of urea complexing, extraction and the like. According to the method, the concentration of branched fatty acid canbe increased from 3.31% to 18.83% once, the whole process is simple in procedure, conditions are easily realized, and adopted organic solvents can be recycled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of food, and in particular relates to a method for purifying branched-chain fatty acids from yak ghee. Background technique [0002] At present, there are many reports on the separation and purification of unsaturated fatty acids in fats and oils by urea complexation at home and abroad. Sun Ruizhen and others studied the linoleic acid of millet bran oil complexed with urea. Hu Wei et al. used response surface methodology to optimize the process of urea complexation purification of oleic acid in tea seed oil. SamriddhMudgal et al. used the urea complexation method to study the branched chain fatty acids in cream. Shucheng Liu et al. optimized the process of urea complexation to purify DHA and EPA in tuna oil. Branched-chain fatty acids have unique and important functions and effects on the human body. Such as branched chain fatty acids can prevent necrotizing enterocolitis and so on. According to recent research r...
