The method comprises the following steps of receiving a request task sent by a service requester; judging whether the request task is a first task or not according to a current task state, if yes, computing acceptance earnings of the task; if the earnings are positive numbers, accepting the task; and if not,judging whether the request task is preempted or not according to the calculated sunk cost and the opportunity cost. According to the technical scheme, the sunk cost is introduced on the basis of thereference opportunity cost, the relation between the two parties is coordinated, and the maximization of the benefits of the service party is realized.
