After heat exchange of liquefied natural gas and a refrigerant of the liquefied natural gas cold energy recovery system, the liquefied natural gas is pressurized and conveyedoutside to be used by a user, and the natural gas cold energy recovery system and the pure nitrogen rectifying tower form a refrigerant circulation loop. The tower bottom and tower top of the pure nitrogen rectifying tower communicate with the tower bottom and tower top of the pure oxygen rectifying tower correspondingly to form a feed loop.
