Abstract

The present invention discloses a polyimide corona resistance multi-path synchronization test device. The device comprises a pulse power supply, a main control module, an interaction module, a measurement module and a record module. The interaction module is configured to receive voltage parameters set by a user; the main control module is configured to control the pulse power supply to generate multipath high-frequency and high-voltage pulses and respectively apply the multipath high-frequency and high-voltage pulses to many polyimide samples according to the voltage parameters, and is configured to start the measurement module and the record module; the measurement module is configured to measure whether each polyimide sample generates breakdown or not; when at least one polyimide samplegenerates breakdown and not all the polyimide samples generate breakdown, the main control module controls the voltage rise time of each high-frequency and high-voltage pulse to remain unchanged, andwhen all the polyimide samples generate breakdown, the main control module control turn-off of the pulse power supply; and the record module is configured to record the breakdown time. The polyimidecorona resistance multi-path synchronization test device can perform multipath synchronous corona resistance test and does not influence the whole operation after a single path generates breakdown.
