Embodiment example 1

[0027] a. Deionized water is used as the absorbent for acetone.

[0028] b. VLA gas is introduced into the absorption tower 1 from the intake pipe 2 at the lower part of the absorption tower 1, and the deionized water circulates in the absorption tower 1 through the circulating water pump 11. Under the synergistic effect of the ultraviolet light generated by the lamp 6, the acetone in the VLA gas is absorbed into the deionized water, and is secondarily absorbed by the graphene film-like absorption layer 7 when the gas is discharged from the absorption tower 1. The temperature of deionized water in this process is 9°C, the temperature of VLA gas entering the tower is 21°C, the intensity of ultraviolet rays is 12W, and the bubble height is 21cm.

[0029] c. Implement according to the above-mentioned absorption process regulations, VLA gas contains acetone 923mg / L before treatment, after this process treatment, the acetone concentration in the VLA gas discharged from the absorpti...

Embodiment example 2

[0031] a. Deionized water is used as the absorbent for acetone.

[0032] b. The temperature of deionized water in this process is 6°C, the temperature of VLA gas entering the tower is 27°C, the intensity of ultraviolet light is 15W, and the bubble height is 26cm.

[0033] c. Implement according to the above-mentioned desulfurization process regulations, VLA gas contains acetone 967mg / L before treatment, after this process treatment, the acetone concentration in the VLA gas discharged from the ab...

Abstract

The invention relates to an absorbing device and an absorbing method used for absorbing acetone contained in exhaust gas. According to the absorbing method, deionized water is taken as an absorbent, is introduced into the absorbing device through an absorbing tower liquid inlet, and is sprayed into the absorbing tower using a spray thrower; VLA gas containing acetone is introduced into the absorbing device through a gas inlet pipe arranged at the lower part of the absorbing tower, is delivered through a VLA cooler, and is introduced into the absorbing tower for contact reaction with deionizedwater; a vibration bubbling flow guide plate is arranged in the absorbing tower so as to realize full contact reaction of acetone with the absorbent; an ultraviolet lamp is adopted for synergetic absorbing purifying of acetone, gas obtained via reaction is subjected to secondary absorbing using a graphene membrane shaped absorbing layer, and is discharged through a gas outlet pipe on the upper part of the absorbing tower. The absorbing device is simple in operation, is safe and reliable, is high in absorbing efficiency; no secondary pollution is caused; absorbed acetone can be subjected to further treatment or recycling; and the popularization utilization value is extremely high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of waste gas treatment, in particular to an absorption device and an absorption method for recycling acetone contained in waste gas. Background technique [0002] As a good organic solvent, acetone is widely used in chemical production process, especially in pharmaceutical industry and cellulose acetate industry. Due to the low boiling point and strong volatility of acetone, acetone exists in large quantities in the waste gas generated during the production process, causing great harm to the environment and human health. Governments of various countries have formulated corresponding regulations to limit the emission of acetone. The acetone in the waste gas is recovered to make it discharge up to the standard, which can reduce the pollution to the environment and the harm to the human body, and can also reduce the consumption of acetone and save the operating cost. [0003] In the current energy shortage, en...
