Abstract

The present invention provides a wind power consumption dispatching method by taking the consideration of power generation group interest subject coordination, belonging to the technical field of electric power system optimized dispatching. The method comprises the steps of: 1) establishing a first-order dispatching model without a thermal storage device, performing solution, and obtaining the planning generation power and the wind power grid-connected power of each generation group; 2) taking the first-order dispatching result as one reference generation plan of each group, introducing a peak-load regulation compensation cost, and establishing a second-order multi-target dispatching model by taking the consideration of the power generation group interest subject coordination; and 3) performing equivalent conversion and smoothing processing of multiple targets of the second-order model, performing solution, and obtaining a dispatching result by taking the consideration of the power generation group interest subject coordination. For solution of the wind abandoning problem, the wind power consumption is achieved, and the peak-load regulation compensation between the generation groups is introduced to form a dispatching strategy of regulation in the generation groups and mutual coordination between the generation groups; and moreover, independence of different generation group interest subjects can be distinguished, and the enthusiasm of the generation groups joining in the system peak regulation is called while ensuring the maximum of the system wind power grid connection.
