Embodiment Construction

[0019] The method of the invention has good versatility for detecting the grade of recessive mastitis of dairy cows of various varieties, and the method is also suitable for detecting the grade of recessive mastitis of dairy sheep. Here, the present invention only takes the Holstein dairy cow, which is the main breed of dairy cows raised in my country, as an example, and the level detection of recessive mastitis in other breeds of dairy cows can refer to the method in this example.

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0021] The flow process of the embodiment of the present invention is as figure 1 As shown, wherein the specific implementation method includes the following steps:

[0022] (1) A batch of raw milk known to be negative recessive mastitis grade, weak Positive latent mastitis grade raw milk and positive latent mastitis grade raw milk, the number of samples of this batch of milk is 153, and ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting the dairy cattle recessive mastitis level based on the dielectric frequency spectrum technology. The method comprises the following steps of collecting a batch of milk samples of dairy cattle with the recessive mastitis levels being negative, weak positive, positive and strong positive, and adopting a dielectric frequency spectrum measuring instrument for measuring the dielectric frequency spectrum; dividing a correction set and a prediction set, and extracting characteristic dielectric variables; on the basis of whole-spectrum or characteristic dielectric variables, building a linear or nonlinear model for detecting the recessive mastitis level; verifying the model accuracy, and determining an error back propagation network model on the basis of a continuous projection algorithm as the best model through comparison; collecting milk samples of dairy cattle with the unknown recessive mastitis level, measuring the dielectric frequency spectra, substituting values of the characteristic dielectric variables into the best model, and obtaining the dairy cattle recessive mastitis level. On the basis of the dielectric frequency spectrum technology, the method has the advantages of being convenient and rapid to detect, easy to implement, high in precision and capable of achieving online and real-time detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of dairy cow mastitis diagnosis, in particular to a method for rapidly detecting the grade of dairy cow latent mastitis based on a dielectric spectrum technology. Background technique [0002] Cow's milk is deeply loved by consumers because it is rich in various nutrients such as protein, fat, and minerals. Recessive mastitis in dairy cows is a recognized problem all over the world, and its prevention and treatment has attracted great attention from the society. When dairy cows suffer from subclinical mastitis, the nutrient content and quality of milk will change, and even lead to less milk production of dairy cows, causing huge economic losses to the dairy industry. Although some large dairy companies can strictly control the quality of dairy products, small dairy companies and farmers often mix milk from cows with subclinical mastitis into normal milk for sale. In addition, it is difficult for many dairy...
