Abstract

The invention discloses a WSN based Chinese medicine cabinet monitoring system and monitoring method. The system includes at least one node cluster arranged on a Chinese medicine cabinet, a monitoringhost and a handheld terminal. The node cluster includes a plurality of sensor nodes arranged in Chinese medicine cabinet drawers and an aggregation node corresponding to the Chinese medicine cabinetdrawers. The aggregation node acquires monitoring data collected by a plurality of the corresponding sensor nodes and is in communicational connection with the monitoring host and the handheld terminal separately. The monitoring host and the handheld terminal are used for checking monitoring information of the Chinese medicine cabinet drawers and for sending commands to the aggregation node. The monitoring host is also used for storing the data sent by the aggregation node. According to the invention, the sensor nodes collect signals and the aggregation node converts the signals to monitoringdata and sends the data to the monitoring host and the handheld terminal, so that convenience is made for real time monitoring and checking of Chinese medicine storage environment and stock of the Chinese medicine cabinet by users and intelligent management is realized.
