Abstract

The invention provides a display substrate, a display panel and a display device. The display substrate is provided with a display area and a peripheral area around the display area. The peripheral area comprises an IC side. The display substrate comprises an underlayer substrate, and an IC input end and an IC output end which are located on the underlayer substrate, wherein the IC input end and the IC output end are located on the IC side. The display substrate further comprises a common electrode signal line, a common electrode switch control line and a switch structure which are located onthe underlayer substrate, wherein the common electrode signal line, the common electrode switch control line and the switch structure are located on the IC side, and the switch structure is connectedwith the common electrode signal line, the common electrode switch control line and the IC output end; the switch structure is used for being turned on under the control of a turn-on signal output bythe common electrode switch control line so as to make the common electrode signal line electrically connected with the IC output end. By means of the display substrate, the display panel and the display device, narrow-bezel display is further achieved, and the capacitance uniformity of the display panel is improved.
