Problems solved by technology

[0006] ECG and EEG use sensors attached to the body to measure physiological signals, and thus may cause inconvenience to the patient
That is, the human body is subjected to considerable stress and inconvenience when using sensors to measure signals
In addition, due to the attached hardware, such as sensors, there are burdens and limitations in the cost of using attached sensors and the movement of objects

Abstract

Provided are a method and system for non-contact measurement of an electroencephalogram (EEG) spectrum based on pupillary variation. To infer the EEG spectrum from moving images of a subject's pupil, the method includes obtaining moving images of the pupil from the subject, extracting data of pupillary variation from the moving images, extracting a plurality of signals for a plurality of frequencybands based on frequency analysis, and calculating outputs of the plurality of the signals to be used as parameters of a brain-frequency domain.

Description

[0001] Cross References to Related Applications [0002] This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2017-0021519 filed on February 17, 2017 and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2017-0147607 filed on November 7, 2017 at the Korean Intellectual Property Office, The disclosure of said Korean patent application is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. technical field [0003] Additional aspects will be set forth in part in the description below, and then one or more embodiments will relate in part to a method of inferring a human physiological signal in a non-contact mode, and a system using the method, and More specifically, it relates to a method of detecting parameters in the frequency domain of the brain from a video of pupillary rhythm captured by a camera. Background technique [0004] In vital signal monitoring (VSM), physiological information can be acquired through sensors attached to the human body. Such physiological informat...
