The resource allocation method comprises steps that the NFVO is used to receive a network business instantiation request, which comprises an identification of the SLA of the network business; the NFVO is used to determine NFVI(NFV Infrastructure) SLA parameters required by instantiating the network business according to the SLA identification of the network business; according to the NFVI SLA parameters, virtual resources satisfying the requirements of the NFVI SLA parameters can be acquired from a virtualized infrastructure manager (VIM), and according to the acquired virtual resources, the instantiation of the network business is carriedout.
