An embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, a flight controller and an agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle. The control method comprises the steps of acquiring mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle comprises mass of an agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle body and massof a load; according to the mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, adjusting the flight parameter of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle; and according to the flight parameter, makingthe agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle fly. According to the embodiment of the invention, through acquiring the mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, the flight parameter is adjusted according to the mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, and furthermore flight of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled according to the flight parameter. Because the mass ofthe load of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle changes in real time, the mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle changes in real time, thereby realizing real-time adjustment of the flight parameter according to the continuously changing mass of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, ensuring smooth flight and realizing uniform spraying of loaded pesticide, seeds, water and the like.
