According to the method, the ratio (the archiving rate) of the estimated output quantity to the input quantity is taken as a core; by utilizing the confidence interval method in statistics and taking the verified information quantity as the priori information, the confidence interval estimation for the archiving rate is continuously updated; and after task and parameter setting, full automation can be realized without labor-based additional adjustment, so that the data utilization efficiency is improved and the influence of uncertain output is reduced.
